
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. OYO Stone Fruit Vodka
- 0.5 oz. aperol
- 0.5 oz. house-made honey syrup*
- 2.5 oz. freshly squeezed white grapefruit juice (white will make more tart, pink will make more sweet)
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake hard, strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
*Honey syrup: use 1 part honey to 2 parts water. Heat on low until honey completely dissolves. Cool before use.
