1.5 oz. OYO Vodka
1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
0.5 oz. rosemary-infused simple syrup
Squeeze of fresh lime
0.5 oz. Champagne
Build the first four ingredients in a mixing tin. Shake, then strain over ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with a rosemary-lime boat (a thin slice of lime skewered with a sprig of rosemary).
