2oz. OYO Honey Vanilla Bean honey vanilla bean
1.5oz. Pear nectar
.25oz. Fresh lemon juice
.25oz. Simple syrup
Topped with ginger beer
Build ingredients in a mixing glass, shake with ice, strain over large ice cube in low rocks glass. Top with quality ginger beer. Can also be served “up” in a chilled martini style glass.
