.75 oz. Ver Jus (pressed unripe grape juice)
0.5 oz. Green Chartreuse
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
6-8 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Shake with ice. Served “up” in a chilled coupe, or over fresh ice. Orange Peel for garnish.
