1.5 oz. OYO Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka
3 pink peppercorns, muddled
0.5 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
0.5 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Muddle peppercorns with agave, then add grapefruit juice, St. Germain, and vodka. Shake well with ice and double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 floating pink peppercorns.
